Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your TRENU™ purchase. Because many of our products are handmade or artisan-crafted, slight variations in color, size, texture, or detail may occur and are part of the unique character of each piece.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
  • In its original packaging when applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at hello@shoptrenu.com before sending the item back.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Made-to-order items specifically created for the customer
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items, when clearly marked as such

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@shoptrenu.com and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this 15-minute window, we may begin processing or preparing your order and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.

Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
